1. 3. Temples should be closed but not open, activities should be scattered and not gathered, personnel should be quiet and not moving, and homework should be repaired but not easy.

5. Carry out closed grid management of temples and colleges, be optimistic about the doors of the temple, and take care of the people in the temple. 9. In times of crisis, it is even more necessary to demonstrate the compassionate spirit of "no destiny and great compassion, and great compassion for the same body." Although it is not suitable for the four disciples to collectively recite sutras and pray for blessings, they can individually recite the Heart Sutra, Diamond Sutra, Auspicious Sutra, Huahua Sutra, Huayan Sutra, Protecting the Kingdom and Renwang Sutra, and Pharmacist under the lamp of the Buddha.
